1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Paychex Flex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may use the service after reviewing and accepting the terms.

2. Account Registration

To use Paychex Flex, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your account credentials secure
Notify us of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Use of Service

Paychex Flex grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for payroll management, benefits administration, and HR services.

4. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into Paychex Flex. We are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate data provided by you.

5. Payment Terms

Employer accounts are subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the billing cycle specified in your account.

6. Service Level

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
